Company Background

Robert Paresi is the President of InnQuest Software, and plays an active role in the development of the software application as well as oversees the entire business ensuring the on-going satisfaction of each of InnQuest’s 5,000+ clients worldwide. Robert has a wealth of knowledge in the hospitality industry and is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management.

Most employees at InnQuest Software have an extensive hotel background along with a few key members of our team who have actually come from places that have used roomMaster. The main corporate office is located in Tampa Florida, where InnQuest employees all work together in the same building: sales, support, development and administration, allowing all to work closely together to bring the best support available to  clients world-wide.

InnQuest have three additional sales and support offices located in Melbourne, Australia, Edmonton, Alberta (Canada) and Hertsforshire, England, with additional reseller offices in the Caribbean, Ireland, Fiji, Southeast Asia and South Africa.
